Culture and Cuisine go Hand in Hand

The fragrant aroma of vegetables and spiced chicken tells us that lunch is almost ready. Our clients have a hand in preparing their own meal and they are always excited to see and taste their handiwork.

For many of our clients, it is their first or second day in Morocco, and they have signed up for the Explorer Course – an interactive workshop on spoken Moroccan Arabic and a cooking demonstration of a traditional dish. The workshop covers greetings, key phrases, how to bargain, etc. and is taught by a Moroccan instructor who is also able to give local insight into the culture.


 

So after all the hard work of learning, you will be rewarded with a delicious Moroccan tajine that you learnt how to make and also contributed in making!
